Here comes a delicious creamy smoothie recipe, for the whole family! It's a high energy blend, specially beneficial to the immune system. Great way to start your day. All you have to do is prepare the ingredients, put them into a blender and press "on". You'll need : 2 fresh mangoes 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom 75ml natural yogurt or soya yogurt 90ml pineapple juice Enjoy! |
